​“A few years ago I had a hip injury that caused me a lot of pain but came to the conclusion just to keep regular massage up and to try and train around it, I had already spent a few years doing different training not really going anywhere so I approached Kathy to help train me and strengthen me also with the desire to compete in a fitness model competition. Within a few months of training with her my hip pain had subsided and I did fill my dream to compete.

After competing for the second time last may I put on a lot of weight due to personal reasons and surgery, Kathy helped with my recovery period and we started on a plan to not only loose the extra weight id gained but to get me to condition again to go on and compete. Over the last year I have followed her plan, trusted the process, I dropped the weight and gained muscle, I am now 3 weeks out of competing again but this time as a figure model.

Kathy has worked with me through every step of the way, it is now rare that I get any hip pain and I am amazed by how much I’ve achieved, I would never have achieved what I have and built the confidence that I have without Kathy. I am so excited to see what I can achieve from here with Kathy’s guidance and support.

After high school I reached my highest weight of 120kg and realized it was time for a change and got myself in to gym and training and I dropped a some weight but once I dropped the initial weight I plateaued and started doing my own research but with no real movement in my fitness goals.

In 2013 I contacted Kathy Villa in the dream of competing in a bodybuilding competition which I did in September that year and once I realized I could achieve these goals through Kathy's amazing guidance and instruction, we set off making goals for a bigger and brighter future in fitness.
​
Come the start of 2015 I competed again in 2 more shows ANB South Coast titles in Bulli and ANB National in Sydney. After this competition we started an off-season program designed to increase my muscle mass. With the constant guidance and support of Kathy, she inspired me to take on the comp goals once again setting new goals for 2016.
​
Being 3 weeks out of my first of 3 comps for the tail end of 2016 with Kathy by my side I have zero doubt in myself and also feel much more positive knowing we already have a plan devised for post comp to keep the weight off, keep goals moving forward and keeping a positive mindset to achieve future goals together.
​
While Kathy predominantly works with women, she has many hidden talents and is happy to work with anyone. She is always by your side both offering advice in training and meal planning but also working around any restrictions your body might have.
